• 🌍 Location: Berlin
• 🚀 Start: Immediately (flexible start)
• 🕑 Scope: 40 hours (full time)
• 💰 Salary Range: €1,200 - €2,100 (Depends on duration, bachelor/master, and mandatory internship)
• 💪 Areas of Responsibility: Generalist

• Establish HonestDog as the most trusted place to find and take care of your pet
• Iterate, optimise, and scale processes and product to get to product-market-fit
• Setting up the right internal structures - you don’t need to be an expert at everything, we are very hands on but its okay to get more help

🧑‍🔧 Your tasks & responsibilities

If you think of HonestDog as 2 sided platform (demand and supply), you are mostly responsible for the demand side and product

• As one of our core team members, everything is in scope, it will be a lot of hands-on work
• Go deep into the buyers need and shape our offering for them
• Optimise our E2E funnel to increase revenues (conversions, CTR, CAC, CLTV)
• There is a lot of work to do and a lot to learn, therefore, a hands-on and can-do attitude is critical. The role will also evolve as we grow, we hope you are excited about this journey as much as we are!
