• 🚀 Start: Immediately (flexible start)
• 🕑 Scope: 40 hours (full time)
• 💰 Salary Range: €40k - €55k + Equity
• 💸 Promotion: +€10k salary with next funding round within a year

• Establish HonestDog as the most trusted brand to find and take care of your pet
• Develop and implement our marketing strategy
• Setting up the marketing systems - you don’t need to be an expert at everything, we are very hands on but its okay to get more help

🧑‍🔧 Your tasks & responsibilities

If you think of HonestDog as 2 sided platform (demand and supply), you are mostly responsible for the demand side.

• As one of our core team members, everything is in scope, it will be a lot of hands-on work
• Scale buyers and increase app traffic through SEA, SEO, social media
• Optimise our E2E funnel to increase revenues (conversions, CTR, CAC, CLTV)
• There is a lot of work to do and a lot to learn, therefore, a hands-on and can-do attitude is critical. The role will also evolve as we grow, we hope you are excited about this journey as much as we are!
